At Divine Life Marriage, every journal is handcrafted with care, prayerful intention, and attention to detail. Each item is unique, and slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and add to the charm and individuality of each journal.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are handmade and often customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not accept returns, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If your journal arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will review the matter and work with you to find the best resolution.

Processing & Shipping

• Processing is typically 1-3 business days - meaning your item will be at the post office by the 3rd business day from when you placed your order 
• Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Once an order has shipped, Divine Marriage Life is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
